In the 7+ years we've been here in Chloride, Arizona, we've collected a lot of old photographs of how this funky old town used to be. I often print them as postcards and they sell well in our store. So today, I was sitting at the computer printing out these vintage pix to sell when I thought, Aha! Here's my day's book!
I combined several of the old photos we have with some new color pix I've taken myself. I stacked them on top of a same-size piece of card stock and glued one short edge with padding compound glue to create what is essentially a perfect binding. Then I used some canvas-textured card stock to create a folder for a cover. The way it's folded creates a pocket inside for the postcard stack's card stock last page to slide into.
Just open the folder and the postcards flip up one by one. Neat! (And yes, Chloride really is a "town at the end of the road."
